How can I apply to enrol?
TEAMS will email you with an Enrolment Link and information.
How do I get a quote?
Complete the online Enrolment Link and email TEAMS to let them know you would like a quote.
How long is the course?
Course duration is usually 12 to 18 months.
How quickly can I finish my course?
As a requirement of the NSW Government Smart and Skilled Funding, students cannot be completed or a certificate issued in less than eight months.
What happens if I can’t complete my course in the required time?
Once your funding has been allocated to you, it stays with you until completion or withdrawal – there is no need to re-enrol.
Can I start straight away?
Yes, we take ‘rolling enrolments’, therefore you are able to commence as soon as you like.
Is it all online?
Courses are delivered and assessed totally online, and you can work at your own pace – you will be assigned to a trainer/assessor, who will be your contact person.
Do I have to attend classes?
We do not hold classes or have structured sessions. Teams/Zoom meetings are conducted as required.
Is the course funded?
Courses are funded by the NSW Smart and Skilled Funding Program and you may be eligible if you live or work in NSW.
Am I eligible for NSW Smart and Skilled Funding?
To be eligible for NSW Smart and Skilled funding you must be an:
- Australian citizen
- Australian permanent resident
- Australian humanitarian visa holder
- New Zealand citizen
- 15 years old or over no longer at school and living or working in NSW
Is there a Work Placement requirement?
Work placement is a course requirement only if you have enrolled in School Based Education Support, Early Childhood or Aged Care – it is your responsibility to obtain either a paid or voluntary placement. An Hours Log and Work Placement Record Book will be supplied to record your attendance.
Direct Credit Transfer (DCT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
If you wish to apply for DCT or RPL, prior to your enrolment, you are required to email TEAMS a copy of your Certificates and Transcripts (verified by a Justice of the Peace) or your USI documentation, for processing – we will advise you of the outcomes of this process.

Can I use AI to answer my questions?
AI can be used as a research tool, however TEAMS uses AI and plagiarism detection assessment systems to identify excessive use of AI and plagiarism in student responses.
